United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that Russia and Ukraine need to submit "concrete proposals" for ending the conflict, or Washington will step back as a mediator, US Department of State spokesperson Tammy Bruce revealed on Tuesday.

"We are now at a time when concrete proposals need to be delivered by the two parties on how to end this conflict. How we proceed from here is a decision that belongs now to the [US] president [Donald Trump]. If there is no progress, we will step back as mediators," Rubio said, according to a readout by Bruce during a press briefing.

Putin’s trying to play Trump. Zelenski’s trying to play the whole world.

Trump’s no fool a heads up for the Putin lovers.

Zelinski is a fool and very uninformed on the way the American people in general think. He thinks we are like western union.

When the Obama/Biden money supply trains runs out of track, then we’ll see progress being made.

We have blood on our hands thanks to war pigs funding and financing the deaths of hundreds of innocent lives.

It’s time for the US to realize there is no deal to be made.

Nobody wants a deal.

Easy now. Ukraine’s security is not America’s responsibility.

Russia’a latest proposal:

“A powerful 8-kilometer advance by the RUAF — Zelensky’s gamble ends in disaster for the Sumy region.”

They have and DC simply does not believe them. But their concrete proposals are out there. They do not line up. And there is no reason for Russia to sign onto the DC plan for nothing in return. There is no reason for Ukraine to sign onto the DC plan as long as DC keeps rooting for them, and giving them direct assistance, weapons and intel.

Putin isn’t trying to “play” Trump. The Russian position hasn’t changed in a decade. Putin has been consistent and basically has the same demands as before the war. We are just upset that they aren’t so eager to please us that they will sign onto anything we propose.
They know Trump has no support from his own Congress, and will likely face a democrat Congress in <2 years. They know that the minute there is a “deal” we will flood in Brits, French, Poles, Germans, fighter jets, missiles, and embed everywhere as “non-NATO” peacekeepers.

Then the nazis can keep with sabotage ops, assassinations, random bombings or drone attacks etc. They know they cannot be hit in return at that point, and can plead ignorance of whodunit.

And they know we are the ones desperate for a deal.

I looked for something to oppose or at least question in your comment but I agree with it all.

Makes for a lovely sound bite but Putin’s opinion is the only one that matters, and her knows it.

Item:

The visuals of a total cut off of Ukraine will be nearly impossible to endure over the next 2-3 weeks when the Senate’s Reconciliation attempt is underway. Make no mistake here, its odds are not good. The Parliamentarian is not going to sign onto the concept that retaining Trumps 2018 tax cuts have no impact on the deficit.

The GOP has made preliminary noises about ignoring her, but the Democrats have said, and several on the GOP side agree, that ignoring her is tantamount to ending the Filibuster in the Senate. She stopped many Democrat attempts to tie things to Reconciliation bills (like gun control and all sorts of budget projection adjustments) and when she did the point about it being the end of the Filibuster if Schumer chose to ignore her arose. It was then that Sinema and Manchin stopped it. The Filibuster requiring 60 votes remained.

Regardless of who thinks what about the Filibuster, it is indeed a conservative reality. It raises the obstacles to passing laws and since conservatism opposes government intrusion into life, reducing the number of laws is a good thing.

But that’s a bit of digress. My overall point is the Senate situation will dominate all thought upcoming. The concept of “cutting off Ukraine from money and intel” need not be total. The money stops because that budget dries up. But intel is euphemism for satellite recon. You don’t have to shut that off. You can merely refuse to provide imagery farther into Russia than maybe 10 miles. Or you can say, no imagery unless Ukraine troops in a region exceed XXXXXX number of personnel.

Meaning, the cut off need not be total. There are ways to finesse this as the Senate debacle unfolds.

It’s time Ukraine signs a rare earths deal or we end all aid to Ukraine.

Zelensky is the only playing Trump. He's dragged his feet about a rare earths deal for more than two months.

If doesn't sign one, there is NO reason continue to be involved in this war.

The rare earth thing is a red herring. Whatever claims are made about rare earth deposits, the reality is that they are mainly unproven (may not even exist) or are not commercially viable. Pig in a poke. Stupid distraction.

Trump spent a 100 days trying to consolidate his power as US President, and leadership of the free world.

Negotiations were simply conducted to keep Deep State and Foreign EU enemies engaged as Trump disengages from Ukraine.

In June 2024 Russia informed the West as they were holding Swiss Conferences with Zenlinski on their conditions. Nothing has changed except Russia is now winning this war without any doubt.

Trump thought he was going to get Zenlinski to negotiate. The Deep State and EU oppose peace and told Zenlinski to help them humiliate Trump and weaken the US President.

Today after Zelinski rejected Trump at the Vatican, Russia has added one more condition.

That condition is a counter tactic demand much as Britan & Zenlinski adding Crimea return demands in the psst 2 weeks.

Russia has signaled that Odessa returning to Russia is now a new condition.

The EU and Ukraine are planning for a long asymmetrical war. This is going to get ugly. As these allies continue to assinate Russians, we will see a new phase in the conflict.

Russia has held back from actually waging a war under the special operation. Russia is going to hit Ukraine with powerful convention missiles, the likes of which will turn cities into rubble like Berlin or Tokyo.

Kiev is going to have to be completely pacified wirh Zenlinski, and the EU lisns are to Zenlinski, so he is not going anywhere.

There will be no French or Brit boots in Ukraine due to public outcry, and lack of US assistance once they are destroyed by missiles.

The EU will lose major financial balance sheet assets due to being over invested in Ukraine.

The 5-7 year political impact and fallout over Ukraine will see the EU breakdown.

Trump tried but those always aligned against him aligned with Ukraine since 2015.

If Trump prevails and gets the US out of Ukraine, Globalism will die on the alter of a war it created.

Here you go:

❗️Sergey Lavrov once again outlined Russia’s demands for ending military actions in Ukraine:

▪️Ukraine must refuse to join NATO and remain neutral.

▪️Kiev must stop legislatively and physically destroying everything Russian in Ukraine - language, media, culture, traditions and Orthodoxy.

▪️Crimea, Sevastopol, DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions must be internationally recognized as Russian territory.

▪️All sanctions against Russia must be lifted, lawsuits, arrest warrants cancelled and frozen assets returned.

▪️Moscow must receive reliable security guarantees against the threats created by the hostile activities of NATO, the European Union and their individual member states on our western borders.

▪️The task of demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine is not removed from the agenda.

▪️All obligations of Kiev under the peace agreement must be legally secured, have enforcement mechanisms and be permanent.

Trump is much smarter than that.

If doesn’t sign one, there is NO reason continue to be involved in this war.

Personally I’ve reached the point that no matter what happens we should not give them anything. If they want weapons they should pay top dollar for them with 500% tariffs on top of all that to pay us back for what they received already.

SELL them defensive weapons only. Cah up front as the can’t be trusted. Zelensky already reneged on the promise to pay us back. Remember they were going to pay us with the seized Russian assets? Cash up front, gold or US dollars. Not those asswipes they call money.
