The Black Hawk was 15 seconds away from crossing paths with the jet. Warrant Officer Eaves then turned his attention to Captain Lobach. He told her he believed that air traffic control wanted them to turn left, toward the east river bank,” the Times reported.
“Turning left would have opened up more space between the helicopter and Flight 5342, which was heading for Runway 33 at an altitude of roughly 300 feet. She did not turn left,” the report stated.

OK, I’ll say it. As someone who has done a little flying, you listen to your flight instructor. It doesn’t matter who you are, you listen to your flight instructor. She didn’t and unfortunately 67 people were lost.

I would like to die peacefully in my sleep, like my grandfather.
Not screaming like the passengers in his car on that mountain road.
Sounds like her negligence caused that tragedy. Facts don’t have feelings.
AVIATION PING!........................
Works for me...................
1st mistake ~ She didnt follow orders.
2nd mistake ~ Her dereliction killed over 60 people.
🙄...................
I bet if you look at her last valuations they were all superb and exemplary. She was a lezbo, and politically connected to the White House. DEI it’s finest. She was barely qualified as an army pilot, and had no place to go in that environment. She was just there to get her ticket punch to run for office. And she was from a Family connected to the whole Fauci organization.
This crash was nothing but a monument to the corruption that has infested America
“OK, I’ll say it. As someone who has done a little flying, you listen to your flight instructor. It doesn’t matter who you are, you listen to your flight instructor. She didn’t and unfortunately 67 people were lost.”
She was PIC. There was no instructor aboard.
What?
She was a Biden adjutant, a captain unwilling to follow the directions of a CWO.
“1st mistake ~ She didnt follow orders.”
What orders did she not follow?
Politically connected lesbian. Listening to your flight instructor, or a mediately responding to orders is nothing she’s familiar with. It’s more important to her to take selfies grinning in the cockpit like an idiot.
... or the Pauli Exclusion Principle.
Unfortunately the negligence occurred years before this incident. This flight route should have never been approved for training let alone night vision training. To do so was asking for an incident such as this, it was also insane IMHO.
She didn’t listen to ATC or her instructor.
This wasn't a mistake, it was negligence, part of a large program of putting Didn't Earn It (DEI) hires on positions they're not qualified for.
As for putting you in a seat like that, unless they had a quota to put you there, they'd correctly fail you out of pilot training if you couldn't achieve the mindset and skill set to fly properly.
They refused to cut her from the program and she declined to remove herself.
then add to that pilot error interpreting what "go around behind" means
“She was PIC. There was no instructor aboard.”
According to the NTSB there were three people on that helicopter. Who were the other two?
