I am not a doctor, but have heard that heavy steroid use can enlarge the heart, as with the vax, maybe a combination of both, who knows.

I’ve spent many years in weightlifting. Serious bodybuilders seem to have a slightly higher rate of homosexuality than the population as a whole. Powerlifters on the other hand seem to have lower rates. I think it relates to vanity of appearance. Powerlifters care about the weight they are moving, bodybuilders mainly care about how they are making their body look - big difference and draws homosexuals like flies.
