Serious problem requires serious solutions. No pain, no gain still holds true. China needs US markets much more than US needs Chinese markets, by a factor of 4:1.
Kicking the can down the road will exacerbate problem for future. Single out China, make deals with other 75 serious trading partners.
I’ll add to your great post, that kicking the can anymore means, that there will be no chance for returning, it’s over done & out. Finally we have a president who is not worried about his legacy, and is willing to do what is needed to try to save this nation. That’s why they all hate him.
