Video: RFK Jr. Moves to Ban Big Pharma Ads on TV – Here’s How This Directly Strikes the Lifeblood of CNN, MSNBC, & CNBC

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Trump’s Health Secretary pick, just launched a bombshell move to ban Big Pharma ads on TV, and it’s a direct strike at the heart of networks like CNN, MSNBC, and CNBC—leaving Trump supporters cheering and the left in panic.

In a video, Patrick Bet-David exposes the dirty truth: “Big Pharma is keeping Cable TV in business. 75% of ad revenue on cable television comes from the Pharmaceutical Industry.” That’s $4.5 billion in 2022 alone, per MediaRadar, propping up these networks while they push drugs like Ozempic.

Hey RFK, how about drawing up plans to make healthcare less expensive here?

All Obamacare did was increase my premiums and co-pays and disputes with my insurance company.

How about RFK Jr doing something about all the non-big pharma garbage promising miracle cures to the desperate which are currently unregulated?

We need to ban the big pharma ads and see what happens.

Think of it as a scientific experiment.

Congress can remove their tax deductibility.

Medicare Advantage ads? And the soliciting amount of phone calls from them? Seems like before you had to enroll before Dec. 7th- now its all year long.

Maybe Elon's new Television sets can be set to reject the Bib Phrma and Medicare Advantage ADS?

Would such a ban be more in the province of the FCC or Health and Human Services? How were tobacco ads banned?

Hopefully it wouldn't require Congressional action. Seems more than 90% of the reps and senators of both parties are de facto employees of Big Pharma and Big Food. We only watch TV through streaming. But the drug ads are everywhere there as well.

Think of the funancial effect on ad agencies, production companies, and striving actors. Oh, the huge manatee!

Please please please, RFK, make this happen.

I’m so tired of supposedly sick people dancing around on the screen and singing happy songs about their drugs

An Excess Domestic Sales Income Tax is possible.

If a company sells more of a drug in the USA than in the EU, it can pay Uncle Sam the excess.

Essentially, advertising a drug in the USA would amount to giving away the additional prescriptions for free.

If you missed it, twitter exposed those shilling for Big Soda. Some of the MAGA influencers got swept up in it.

I saw two apologize after exposed.

So Big Pharma is going to be even worse.

I watch The Old Geezer Channel and 90% of their ads are for prescription drugs. Not aspirin or Tylenol....drugs that have a "sticker price" of $1,000 a month.

I always laugh when every single one of them say at the end "may cause diarrhea, constipation and death".

Not to sound haughty but I’ve been thinking for years that prescription medicine should not be advertised on tv. That info should come from one’s doctor or from one’s own research into their illness.

Another possibility is to require Medicare price negotiation for each advertised drug.

If more of the drug is to be sold, the less should be paid for each dose.
