The Tesla Tiny House 2025 represents a radical rethinking of affordable housing with specifications that seem almost impossible at its price point. Measuring precisely 240 square feet (20 by 12 by 9.5 feet), the structure is constructed primarily from Tesla's proprietary GreenCore composite materials—a revolutionary blend of recycled carbon fiber, plant-based resins, and recovered automotive-grade aluminum from Tesla's vehicle production waste stream. This advanced compound, developed in Tesla's Materials Science division, has been reformulated with a 37% stronger tensile strength than traditional building materials through a new molecular bonding process. This innovative material provides R-38 insulation value while weighing 64% less than traditional building materials, making the entire 1,850-pound unit portable enough to be towed

I don’t know. I muted the video because I can’t stand AI voices and jumped through it looking at still frames. They showed so many models that many had to be concepts.
It’s an AI video. Completely fake. Try not to waste our time with this stuff OK? Do the needed vetting.
Well, if you live along I44 in MO, chances are good that you will get whacked by a tornado. Tulsa too.
Just my two cents.
A big question for me is, how do you tie these modular units to the foundation? Just setting the unit on blocks is not a good idea.
Why is it ‘Insane’?
The problem is still just getting the hookup for utilities. System development fees in some cities cost more than the house.
Well, he did bring the troops home. He negotiated a truce.
After Watergate, the Democrat congress de-funded the South Vietnamese army, with predictable consequences.
It sounds pretty neat. I suppose he sees it as a prototype for a Martian unit.
I gather that you may not need a water or electrical hookup. If so, you are not restricted to an RV park. It ought to be useful for someone, but probably not me.
It’s about the size of my $2k/month apartment :P
Getting people ready for Mars habitation.
Nixon did end the war with the Paris Peace Accords, which occurred after a military victory. The US troops were sent home, the democrats defunded the South, the North licked its wounds, then reinvaded. The South litterally ran out of bullets and gasoline.
That can be best summed up as Nixon keeping his promise and the democrats ensured a communist victory as a final outcome. The democrats have been pushing communism ever since.
Same here. If my wife passed away before I did, I could easily live in one of these.
Operate a mobile home type of business with 40-50 of these for senior living, and you’d have a pretty nice business and living arrangement.
Made with recovered automotive grade aluminum.

Fake. These are Chinese models. Boxable is what Elon has at SpaceX, but Tesla doesn’t make houses.
>> The price does not include land
No! Say it isn’t so. :-)
My very first apartment, as an adult, was bugger than that and I've always thought of it as being on the small side. And it was a nice apartment, in a converted Brownstone, in NYC.
I’ve been trying to find out if those sheds are safe to live in with all the pre-treated wood inside. Are those chemicals that are safe to be around for so long?
Yeah, I can see that. 13 acres at least gives you all room to move around, and that tiny house was fine for 1 person, but 2 people its gonna get cramped after awhile.
On of many models.
Good catch!
