I’m saying Beshear. Handsome. Well spoken. He can pull off the moderate schtick more effectively than Newsom, because he doesn’t have the disastrous record of governance Newsom does

Shapiro is the only one to be worried about and CA would never approve of him.

Gore/Lieberman, Kerry/Edwards, Hillary/Kaine...all entrenched Deep Staters. Save for Obunga. who, like Hillary and Kamala, was sort of installed in the Senate, to make a Presidential bid...all losers.

I went to military school with Wes Moore. Very brilliant and very charismatic and persuasive. Loved and lauded by Oprah.

He can easily be an Obama 2.0.

Yes, Beshear should be right in there with his faux centrism. That is, if the Dem base can tolerate a ‘centrist’ white guy. Harris might have one if she’d picked him (ugh).

Moore poses as a moderate … but, as you know, there really are NO moderate Dem politicos.

Agreed. We live in MD and he wants to be the Gavin Newsom of the east coast, but he’s charismatic, served in the military and he’s black so he can play the minority race card.

"Tim Walz, Rahm Emmanuel, Pete Buttigieg, Gavin Newsome, Josh Shapiro, Andy Beshear, and Wes Moore..."

A flock of beta-males if I ever saw one.

Shapiro, I would bet will keep his powder dry is the winds are blowing well for republicans. He might run a trial balloon campaign where the entire purpose is just to network with donors and get his name out there a bit before a 2032 run.

IF gop is in the crapper in late 2027 then he might run for a serious run, but I don’t see him running if the dynamics heavily anti Democrats beyond the type of meet the donors set the groundwork for serious run next time.

Kamala and Walz are absolute non starters. Emanuel and Buttogeig? Only if th fundamentals as such that any Democrat will win, will these two have any prayer. Newsome is trying to moderate and rehab his image already. Whether he can con enough of the public before 2028 remains to be seen.

We’ve written them off before and they came back. Let’s not get cocky. These candidates are all jokes but jokes can and have won before.

Andy Beshear is rather Clintonian. He’s an ultra-leftist but uses his media savvy and stage presence to get elected and have high popularity in a very conservative state.

I think you’re right. Too many Jew haters in her party to have picked Shapiro. It’s all speculation but I subscribe to the opinion that she chose that goofball Walz because she couldn’t tolerate having anyone who might upstage her

If the Rats do put up a moderate, maybe AOC could be persuaded to make a run as an “independant”.

Harris was all set to nominate Shapiro until the core of the Dems (Leftoid Islamophiles) grumbled. In a last minute panic she (her DS handlers) plucked weirdo Walz from obscurity. Brashear might have carried them over the line (ugh).

I’m waiting to see if the Dims nominate any more candidates who are brain-damaged, or at least have below-average intelligence. My daughter is both very smart and very liberal; the next time I meet her in person, I’m going to ask why she keeps supporting candidates that are clearly dumber than she is.
