He doesn’t need an EO saying he will ignore.

An EO would instruct his agencies to ignore.

As scummy and out of touch as Biden was, he didn't do this. No, not even for student loans. And in case people forget, both Obama and Biden were on the losing side of injunctions during their presidencies.

I'm guessing this report is wrong too. Trump isn't that dumb.

What Trump should do is push legislation limiting the jurisdiction of district courts to issue national injunctions against the federal government. Democrats probably wouldn't agree to it when they're out of power, but maybe if you agree to make the effective date after the midterms. Maybe even after the 2028 election, so neither side gains an advantage. That's probably the only way you could get it passed.
