I never understand why Hamilton is ok, in portraying people from history who were white, with actors who are required to be members of minority groups.
But any portrayal of historic minority figures by white actors would not be OK. I think we all know that

Some actresses look like they’d need an extender for their binoculars.
There does seem to be an increasing number. I suspect it’s the mother’s drug and/or alcohol abuse, or medication, during pregnancy.
