Trump Is On The Verge Of Ending The EPA’s Tyranny

Few people realize just how destructive the modern EPA is, so we’d better hope that Trump’s efforts are successful.

Trump’s EPA has started the process to rescind the EPA’s authority to regulate CO2 and other alleged greenhouse gasses. It would remake our nation and shake a Western civilization already being pummeled by green madness. These regulations, both here and abroad, have been stalking horses for socialism and vehicles for fraud. graft, and funding left-wing actors on a scale unseen in human history.

On the international stage, the move to declare CO2 a pollutant and man its evil cause agent began in the 1970s with the first communist billionaire in the west, Maurice Strong. In 1988, Strong was instrumental in creating the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (UN IPCC), an organization that had as its primary purpose proving that “human activities” were increasing CO2 and to plan reparations for poor nations caused by western polluters.

Until 2007, the US resisted the claim that CO2 was a pollutant that could be regulated to adjust the world’s climate. That year, five activist Supreme Court Justices donned white lab coats of climate scientists in Massachusetts v. EPA to hold that the Clean Air Act was written so broadly that it gave the EPA, created simply to clean up pollution, almost unlimited authority to regulate carbon dioxide, an essential, albeit minute, part of our atmosphere.

This judicial overreach mattered because even a super-majority of congressional Democrats had rejected a law that would have authorized the EPA to regulate CO2. Armed with this Supreme Court ruling, Obama’s EPA acted unilaterally in 2009 to declare CO2 a pollutant it could regulate. How’s that for spitting in the face of Art. 1, Section 1 of the Constitution, which holds that the power to legislate is vested

Executive Orders are only as good as the presidency or the courts. As long as Congress abdicates their legal role in making laws, these temporary indulgences are tolerated. This is how a presidency such as Biden’s became intolerent and facist on the heels of the Bush/Obama nanny police state.

That’s the narrative: We are in a climate crisis and humanity itself is in danger. The WEF tells us that the cost of failing to respond to climate change will bankrupt the world. The only solutions are to adopt socialism and transfer the wealth of the US to the UN, where it can be redistributed as a form of green reparations.

Then for the safety of those driving little cars, I think they should first be run over by 18 wheelers to flatten them out a little.

Man thinking that he understands how climate has worked in the past and can therefore regulate its future is absurd.

Sooooo...up to the industrial age, God was in control....then God lost it...and man took over the controls....and can control its future...is beyond absurd.

President Trump has proven the “impossible” exists only in the imagination of negative nellies.

He will have to drag Congress across the finish line on issue after issue—but once again he will do the “impossible”.

The SCOTUS Chevron decision certainly pulled the teeth out of the EPA and all other lettered agencies. SCOTUS used no painkillers when doing so, either.

If they had even learned anything about CO2 in High School, they would know better than to try to rid us of it. Just how stupid can anyone be?

I’ll believe it when they lose the power for states to set their own rules, which interferes with interstate commerce.

Then, to twist the knife, ALL rules regarding small engines and gas cans should be history. It’s been impossible to make a good lawnmower carb in the last 20 years. Same with gas cans. This has been a visible financial burden for Americans; the gas cans spill and leak more than ever.

my fear is that trump will not go far enough and the pendulum may swing so much the other way that the US is terminally screwed... here’s to hope that JD Vance can carry the tune for eight years after the man...

Congress doesn’t need to make laws when rights are already protected in the constitution.

A rogue president, such as Biden will ignore the Constitution, will ignore law, and will ignore the courts.

“The greenies will be gluing themselves to the roads.”

They’ll go the assassination route again as Trump is in the process of dismantling their Church. I doubt they can take much more. Sitting stone faced as a cancer survivor child was under discussion last night is our warning. Damn shame that the people responsible for Trump’s safety were in on the plot two assassination attempts ago.

When I think of the EPA, I think of the farmers who have been mistreated and bullied by government goons. I hope the EPA is so dismantled that restoring it is never possible.
