Gunshots fired at a Tesla dealership in Salem, Oregon
A Tesla showroom in Oregon was struck by gunfire just weeks after an arson attack damaged the same dealership, according to local authorities.
On Wednesday, just before 5 a.m., Salem police responded to reports of damage at a Tesla facility. Officers discovered that several showroom windows had been shattered by gunfire.
No suspects have been identified, and no arrests have been made as of now. The FBI has joined the investigation alongside the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and local law enforcement.
The same Tesla dealership, located in Salem, Oregon, was first targeted in January, when one of its vehicles was set on fire in what investigators suspect was an arson attack, Koin reported.
At the time, several window panels of the showroom were also found shattered, but no injuries were reported. The incident coincided with President Donald Trump's second inauguration, which Tesla CEO Elon Musk attended.
Authorities have not determined whether the attacks are politically motivated or connected to Musk's involvement with Trump, but the timing of the incidents has raised questions.

in colorado, the local cops staked out the tesla dealership after multiple acts of vandalism and caught the perp in the act, this time in possession of firebombs! ... BATF to be called in for Federal charges to add to the local ones ... btw, the firebomber was a prendagirl ...
We drive by the Salem dealership on the way to the gym. It’s had a dozen or so protesters out front the last week. Bunch of scraggly looking usual suspects. All the signs are handmade now, no fancy professionally printed signs now. I guess stopping the USAID money had an effect.

It is funny, Tesla was a vehicle for rich virtue signalers, mostly leftists.
Now, the same people hate it.
I actually admire Musk for DOGE! He must know that DOGE will hurt Tesla sales. And Trump removing EV mandates will not help either!
He obviously cares more about the country than about the sales!
Moral courage is doing the right thing even if it goes against your own material interest.
