HIV Is Not a Crime Awareness Day 2025

Friday, February 28, marks the fourth annual HIV Is Not a Crime Awareness Day (#HINACDay; #HIVIsNotACrime), a global effort to inform the public about unjust laws that target people living with HIV and the efforts to modernize those laws.

The HIV criminalization awareness day is spearheaded by Sero Project, a nonprofit that fights HIV crime laws, along with the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation and other global HIV advocacy groups. Visit the HINACDay Facebook page for the latest updates, and search the hashtags online to find promotional and educational posts and info about events near you as well as those held virtually.

HIV is transmissible. HIV is incurable. Untreated, HIV is terminal. Forcing uninfected persons to interact with the HIV infected in ways that could lead to transmission is not acceptable. Intentional transmission is essentially murder with a deferred termination date. That should be prosecuted as a criminal act.

Why not? Unless rape is involved it is Voluntary.

I've always said that it was called Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome because in 99% of the cases it is actively ACQUIRED.

The problem with that is that there are downstream externalities to consider by a degree or two. Now that sodomites can donate blood "if they've been 'good'," there is a much higher risk that someone is going to receive tainted blood from a new infection that evades the testing done for blood donations.

If we could ban gay men again from donating, I wouldn't care if their destructive habits put them in the target without getting charged.

And thus (as of 2024 compilation) sodomy has been primarily responsible for close to 800,000 American deaths, and yet all the above is not the decisive reason why homosexual relations are wrong.

What follows is a progressively compiled piecemeal and thus somewhat disorganized (not chronological, etc.) collection of statistics, mostly from between 2017 to 2021, with many images (almost all from the CDC) on sexually transmitted diseases/infections (STD's/STI's), mainly focusing on effects of homosexual relations and mostly between biological males).
