There’s money in lawsuits, and we pay for it.

The admin should have a specific unit (under solicitor general) to fight every lawsuit and injunction so freeing other agencies to do their job without thinking too much of the legality issues

The DemonKKKrats do not give a RAT about the Constitutional guarantees of the Executive Branch. President Trump has been elected to execute an agenda without interference. The problem is, it takes a legal process to squash their interference. All the while they think they can buy time to bury the evidence of their corruption. They’re not smart enough to know the sophistication of the DOGE team to uncover the evidence (Hint: AI).

More proof that the federal judiciary are largely a group of petty tyrants who simply invent excuses to do, or not do, anything they want. There is no rule of law in our courts, especially the lower ones.

This is an existential battle for the left. They have to spend Dem-provided funds on the legal front as step 1 as ... in my opinion ... they are planning their violent opposition to begin when the weather turns warmer.

The executive can issue anything controlling the executive branch

Counter sue with nuisance suits and a big penalty

Then they’ll stop that bs

I think it is time to examine law degrees and bar entrances.

As well as the political affiliations. Socialist and communist lawyers are devoted to harm the country. Ie Janet Mills in Maine.

About 3/4 of the attorneys today are at best legal secretary quality. No. Not even paralegal.

They need to be de-certified.

IMHO a large amount of corruption in the US has its origins in the law schools.

“IMHO a large amount of corruption in the US has its origins in the law schools.”

I think that is a valid observation.

Pretty soon all the lawyers will be occupied trying to keep criminal democrats out of the prisons which is where they belong.

Republicans are overconfidently relying on executive orders to save America:

1. Presidents have only limited authority to claw-back appropriated funds and to influence legallh independent agencies whose heads are Congressionslly confirmed.

2. More important to enact permanent legislative relief, including squashing voters fraud.
