My fantasy is living in a sea town, on a high hill to watch the ships. But not the edge of a cliff where this can happen.

I didn't see this picture in the Bible.

Later in the article, they just HAD to throw in climate change. Those places have been eroding forever. All that’s changed is stupid people building there.

The phrase “don’t build your house on sand” refers to a teaching of Jesus found in Matthew 7:24-27.

Yup. Beach erosion has been going on for millions of years. This has NOTHING to do with Climate Change. But the communist apparatchiks like to gloss over the real facts and just drop some hints that maybe you should build a windmill.

Who knew building on a sand dune was bad?

The shake is that we have home builders who can build homes of the future on any terrain.. even in the water.
But government won’t allow it.

Cape Cod itself isn’t exactly a barrier island, but its geomorphological dynamics are going to be the same. Barrier islands are always moving and rolling and changing. It’s a gamble to build on them at all.

I wonder why there’s a cliff there in the first place? Oh, I bet pieces fall off down to the sea often. Gee.

Did you get the Norman Rockwell illustrated version of the Bible?

Rig a microwave to trigger a gas leak explosion. Do I have to think of everything?

Without reading it, I will bet there is a “climate change” angle.
