Well, I don't think he asserts that he;s Ean "expert" in government, especially since he doesn;t appear to be a thief like they all are. He is good at finding data, facts, information. Not feelings or opinions or "expertise" in how "things get done".

Facts and data are kryptonite to hacks from government and the state funded mainstream media (and now we can say that it's no longer a "conspiracy theory" thanks to - you guessed it - facts and data we got grom people like "Big Balls")

When I saw the clip, at the beginning it was just the two women on the right discussing it.

It sounded like a PBS show with monotone women. Then it sounded even more like that SNL skit mocking PBS with the two women and Alec Baldwin discussing Schweddy Balls.
