Just learned from my DIL who is from Malawi about USAID. It is commonly known that they bring trouble and that it is corrupt. She is surprised we didnt know about it because its understood where she is from.
All I can think of them doing is either actual physical destruction or “Occupying” the building in effort to stop the forensic work being done.
