Adam Frisch, a Colorado Democrat who lost his House race in November to now-Rep. Jeff Hurd (R-CO), told The Wall Street Journal over the weekend his party is in disarray after their major 2024 election losses.

SNIP

“The Democratic brand is in the toilet, with a recent Wall Street Journal poll showing 60% of Americans view the party unfavorably while only 36% see it favorably,” Ball wrote. “Democrats lost ground with nearly every demographic group last November, including minorities, women, low-income voters and those without college degrees.”

Asked for comment, Frisch replied, “Twenty big cities, Aspen and Martha’s Vineyard — that’s what’s left of the Democratic Party.”

David Hogg to the rescue, yeah that's the ticket!

The big blue cities are the model for the democrat plantation.
They dangle the carrots, and the gibs-me-dats flock to their (subsidized) high density housing, public (free) transportation, and of course, stay close to the office, where their “worker” is.
They have a “worker” for housing, one for food, one for childcare, one for social justice (free defense lawyers).
It’s an entire industry, just keeping them alive & poor.
That group will vote blue forever, without fail.

I’m not sure when 20 cities are identified. I would say that Chicago and Los Angeles may still be Democrat strongholds but they aren’t as strong as they used to be.

Smile and chin up Adam, I saw an exit poll result from November that said 87 of Jewish women voted for Camel hump. True facts! No joke Jack!

There are a bunch of what I call 1 bomb states. Meaning 1 strategically placed Nuke, and that state becomes a red state.

Nuke Portland and Oregon is a red state.

Nuke Seattle and Washington is a red state.

Nuke Denver and Colorado is a red state.

Nuke Albuquerque and New Mexico is a red state.

Nuke Minneapolis and Minnesota is a red state.

Nuke Chicago and Illinois is a red state.

Nuke Milwaukee and Wisconsin is a red state.

Nuke Detroit and Michigan is a red state.

Nuke Philly and Pennsylvania is a red state.

Nuke NYC and New York is a red state.

Nuke Occupied Northern Virginia (Arlington, Alexandria, Loudon counties) and Virginia is a red state.

There's 11 states you could flip right there. Some are purple but they would turn ruby red without the biggest city in that state. Add Phoenix, Las Vegas and Atlanta and Arizona, Nevada and Georgia would be nowhere close to blue either.

And that's not even counting cities in states that are hopelessly gone like Hawaii, California, Massachusetts, Maryland, Connecticut, etc

There is that 30-40 percent I always see
Pick anything and the WTF poll question will get 30-40% agreeing with it

“Should all white people be killed “. 36% agree(understanding that a large portion of those agreeing are white)

Leftism is at best a mental illness or genetic defect

Take a tour of blue or YouTube if you need proof

Martha’s Vineyard... I would like to know how the people on this island got so rich. My guess is many of them got rich with lucrative, wasteful federal government contracts. If so, DOGE will tell us.

Trump is like Neo. He is offering them a way out of the Matrix. If they decide to take the "red pill".

Don't you mean that Trump is like Morpheus?

well, the D have moved so far left that they have lost a significant chunk of their voter base.

However, I do think that in the next 5 or so years, the D party will remain the left wing, but there will be multiple other parties along the spectrum. Note that there are also more right-wing views than Trump.

This would result in a multi-party democracy, perhaps

Cities will have more crime than rural places - and more homeless. Because that's where the money is.

Cities will also have more innovation, more business generation

so $21 trillion out of the USA's $27 trillion comes from the cities.

Urban and rural should be partners - they are reliant on each other.
