As with the executive order Johnson was talking about his not knowing he signed, I doubt Biden will have the slightest idea what he’ll be signing. For all he knows, maybe it will be his final pension papers. But every person who lied to Biden and took control will be on that list for sure.

And no one, even Trump, will take that signature to court for fear of what the Justices would do to pardon power in the future that would affect Trump’s use of pardon power.
