Trump should announce to Putin that Private Equity firms that have committed USD136bn to buy all outstanding Russian Federation debt.

With that purchase, the PE firms will effectively own Russia. They will enter into a contract with the US Treasury, whereby in exchange for a 10 tax holiday, PE firms will transfer operational control of Russia to Trump.
Putin will be offered a choice to be exiled to Uranus, or move to Club Gitmo. 24/7 Streaming rights to his cell will be auctioned off to help pay down debt.
