Lots and lots of TP. preferably wet ones. You can trade them for anything else you need. Add a few Tampons too.
I highly recommend a multi-terabyte USB drive to hold all of your files. Take pictures of all critical documents and save a copy to the drive. If physical security is an issue, lock it up in a 2 hrs safe. Back up your files regularly, at least quarterly.
Grab on your way out the door.

one thing I would add, photos of exterior, front and back, and a walk-thru of your home, including any artwork or special items, high-end appliances, musical instruments, etc. Transferred to a memory stick and taped to the back of your home insurance statement.
