Trump just reposted this on Truth Social:

its fraud, why not!!??
Not only YES...But hell yes
there was a statute of limitations, but NY temporarily extended it for the sole reason that this lying hag could sue Trump, and then NY put it back to where it was before.
Yes, absolutely yes.
I believe anyone who falsely accuses another of a crime should be punished with a sentence that matches the length and detail of the falsely accused crime.
Yes.
(I’m a woman, for the record)
“Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor”. God thought it was so evil he reserved a spot in the Ten Commandments for it.
There have been, and there will continue to be, cases in which it becomes 100% clear that a witness or a cop or a prosecutor 100% knowingly lies about the actions of another so as to get the latter convicted of a crime the latter didn’t commit. E.g. Crossfire Hurricane. In that case justice would be served if those who knowingly brought the false charges against the innocent party were subjected to the exact same punishment the accused could have been subjected to. Nothing less. There should even be enhancements for those who bring the false charges or false testimony under color of authority, or who were acting in their official capacity.
This is not current law, but justice would be better served if it were.
Women who falsely accuse a man of rape should be sentenced to the maximum time the man would have served.
In a men’s prison.
I say DOUBLE the punishment.
That should put a stop to it.
Hell yeah
Well done.
“Believe all women” is a lie.
Absolutely.
How is it different for the man being accused?
There are also people that will exaggerate extensively if they think they can retaliate against a person and/or gain big money.
yep
Anyone that lies resulting in another person having their liberty taken away should spend time in prison, probably for as long as the person they imprisoned...it is a debt.
I don’t think the question should be about rape or otherwise, just a general concept. Why is this even a question? Because many women want the option and don’t want to be held accountable.
Why should there be a protected class of Americans where so-called protections are afforded with so much tolerance for bias against somebody else?
If her fraud could result in a prison sentence then it’s only right she should suffer the fate she was trying to force on another
