Denzel Washington has added a new role to his lengthy resume.
On Saturday, the “Gladiator II” actor was baptized at the Kelly Temple in New York City and received his minister’s license.

And you know this, how?
Wait, gets baptized and given a ministry license? maybe he studied for a decade and got baptized late?
God bless him.
You did not answer a valid question. An insult is an appropriate question?
Why would it be? Of course not. There. Happy?
No. Still did not answer the question
.
He has a great voice and presence
I bet he’s a very motivating pastor
Praise God, revival is coming to HollyWierd.
It was “slippers” when I read it, and my memory is that he said it while giving a college commencement address.
Ever since, I’ve been interested in him and attempted to follow his doings, so this thread is fascinating.

Salvation, deliverance and redemption by Jesus saves us from sin and its consequences, which can include death and separation.
By confessing that we believe Jesus is the Son of God who came in the flesh to save us from our sins we can be confident that we have eternal life.
How do I know this, you ask? Because it has happened to me and I have lived it and I am grateful.
May the Lord God bless and prosper this man -may he become a powerful voice in the service of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

You think you don’t watch much tv or movies — I thought he was a football player.
Ahem.... (whisper) Galatians......
I just watched a documentary on Denzel last week. He is the real deal.
Still married to his first wife.
Contributes to Boys and Girls Club which gave him direction as a youth.
His father was a pastor but his parents did divorce.
Was sweeping the floor of his mom’s hair solon when a lady in the chair told him he would be known worldwide some day.
Yes, I agree.
