I do believe that in other instances UAPs with very unusual properties are being observed, but this video is of ordinary air traffic over the city. Videographer even says — over and over — they look like fixed-wing planes. About the altitudes, my wife would sometimes say “Oh, look at that plane — it’s flying so low and is going to hit that building” — when in fact the plane was a half mile away and at normal approach altitude. Some people can’t judge depth in the sky.
