The Car Market crash of 2025 starts now… here’s proof. The writing is in the wall and something has got to give… and soon! What do you think? Do you think we’re heading toward a legitimate car market crash in 2025? Let me know your thoughts.
See the video!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ZSLsSGRlGk
Tundra and Tacoma are now being manufactured in Mexico to save labor costs, they’ve jacked up the price to the point they are unattainable for blue collar people AND they decreased the displacement in both models......why would I want any of that? 🤷

**Toyota? My impression is they’re the quality champ right now.**
A neighbor was offered a buyback-10% over what he paid. Rav4.
An F150 that I’d want to buy like the one I bought in 2010 (still have) would cost more than it cost me to build my first house.
RIP Rodney Dangerfield
AND toyota has a major recall for engine failures
I must see his other videos. Especially the Toyota one. Thanks.
One Word-GREED
Sooner or later we will hit a recession and the car companies will go bankrupt again. The UAW gravy train can’t last.
Which sounds great, but only if you don’t need to buy a new piece of junk to replace it.
If the older RAVs are in that high demand, I’ll keep mine, thankyouverymuch.
“Why they are making most trucks with double cabs now is beyond me”
Because people now buy trucks as a status symbol to haul the whole family around for one thing.
I serve on my church’s parking team, you should see some of the trucks that come in, high level trim packages, a lot are 4x4 and the whole family bails out......I don’t know how people afford the fuel much less the payment......somebody’s got the money, but it sure ain’t me. 😏
Thanks. The 2025 Toyota 4Runner video is an eye-popper. Why oh why? A cybertruck sounds like a sounder layout.
What is a real ripoff are all the add-on trim stuff.
As I said, my truck is a 2010 F150 STX. I didn’t realize until when I broke my outside driver’s mirror that the truck was wired for addition of the full up trim options. IOW, the wiring for the mirror(s) was for full options (heated, puddle lamps, LED turn signal direction strips, power folding, etc.). It cost me $125 off Amazon to get two mirrors....they work great. It would have been much more if I’d actually ordered them.
Also, I noticed by radio had an external temperature set of white LEDS in the corner of the radio display. Did some investigating and it’s wired for that option, too. I just needed to replace the temperature control panel (which also had the “heated mirror button”). I bought that off Ebay for $59.
Basically get an out the door cost with an itemized list of the costs.
I know someone here can answer your question but I have one that is probably easier to answer.
WHY are so many people buying/driving SUVs? I have to depend on caregivers or friends to get me to doctor appointments, grocery shop etc., and they all drive SUVs that I cannot get UP into without difficulty and then paying the price in pain for days to follow. I had to hire transportation to get to a doctor appointment a month ago and no one had a vehicle that was easy to get into. Had to settle for one that was available and the driver was a delight and did help but still painful.
I notice on surface streets (no interstate) just about every car you meet is an SUV and in parking lots, SUVs outnumber the sedans parked in the same row.
Maybe an even more difficult question - WHY DO WOMEN BUY THEM? I have new neighbors and the wife drives an SUV and the husband drives a sedan. I had a friend tell me they’re easier to park (??) and good on gas mileage.
I hope my last nonsense question for the day..
They are too expensive, panned with expensive features nobody actually wants, and have developed a reputation for poor reliability.
Only a fool would buy one.
Miss my old Chevy C-10 with bench seats & three on the tree.
No power anything except steering & brakes.
And a state-of-the-art cassette player & speakers I installed myself.
Yeah but stay the heck out of the dealership and never negotiate on their turf....it puts them at an advantage.....the idea is for them to wear a potential buyer down.
I never have, nor will I ever, own a vehicle of that size. I could never afford it!
“WHY are so many people buying/driving SUVs?”
It’s the station wagon of the 21st century. 20th as well actually.
The Ford eco-boost engines aren’t fussy, and are not prone to failure. They’re actually fantastic engines with tons of power.
