“Was offered a plea deal for 15 years.....with time served it would have been less than 10. “
So the prosecutor didn’t think she was guilty of a crime worth a life sentence.
What are people who are falsely/mistakenly accused supposed to do?
I’ve come to think that lawfare is waged at a much lower level than most people think...and more often.
Man In A Suitcase - The Police
I’d invite you back to my place
It’s only mine because it holds my suitcase
It looks home to me alright
But it’s a hundred miles from yesterday night
Must I be the man in a suitcase
Is it me, the man with the stranger’s face
Must I be the man in a suitcase
Is it me, the man with the stranger’s face
Another key for my collection
For security, I race for my connection
Bird in a flying cage, you’ll never get to know me well
The world’s my oyster, a hotel room’s a prison cell
Must I be the man in a suitcase
Is it me, the man with the stranger’s face
Must I be the man in a suitcase
Is it me, the man with the stranger’s face
I’d invite you back to my place
It’s only mine because it holds my suitcase
It looks like home to me alright

Must I be the man in a suitcase
Is it me, the man with the stranger’s face
Must I be the man in a suitcase
Is it me, the man with the stranger’s face
Must I be the man in a suitcase
Is it me, the man with the stranger’s face
Must I be the man in a suitcase

No he was 5β1β. Check out the article. The story sheβs going with was it was a drunken game with her bf. I think that got seriously undercut, given how when he was able to get his hand out, she hit it with a bat repeatedly till he drew it back
15 minus 4 for time served, minus 3 for good behavior yields 8?
"No malice! No malicious intent!"
Um...yes 15 - 4 = 11. -3 = 8.

My late father was a circuit judge in Orange and Osceola counties, Florida, for more than two decades, which included several years of major criminal cases. The craziest cases usually involved defendants who declined a good plea deal and insisted on taking their chances at trial because they thought they had a great story that would keep them out of prison.
Believing he would be able to get out of the suitcase himself, she said she went upstairs to sleep, leaving him inside for the night and finding him dead the next day.
In the videos, what she did looks more like 1st degree murder.
She should have gotten death penalty, imho.
I watched a few minutes of her speaking at the sentencing portion of the case, and had to shut it off. She was talking about how she suffered & forgave the victim...
The video for that is really disturbing
They are right on the second part and oh so very wrong on the first.
obviously a Biden Harris voter, both of them.
Probably good old Samsonite or American Tourister, not these flexible plastic zipper duffel bags they make now.
What really sux is the criminal corruption of our so called justice system.
The extortion that says plead guilty to make easy for us or go to hell.
It proved to be the ultimate bugout bag.
