The man at the end is the recreation of the man who brought Nissan (then Datsun including the original 240Z) to America; Yutaka Katayama.

And now, we have this wtf Abby Normal nonsense.
Hopefully, Trump ushers in a return to excellence.
Cool commercial. It almost looks like it could have been inspired the movie Toy Story which came out one year earlier in 1995.
Technically, I think that’s Midge and not Barbie...
That’s a great commercial. Clever, shows off the product, and will be water cooler conversation.
This was Nissan before the Renault alliance ruined the marque. CVT for everyone!
I wish they used the Kinks version, though.
it was a great time to be alive...
I remember that commercial. It’s a classic.
Van Halen—sounds Dutch.
Nissan needs sales. Financial difficulties threaten the company’s existence.
Awww! Great story!!!
They upped their game with the new gen Frontier. Has all the new gewgaws but they retained the reliable V6, whereas my beloved Toyota Motor Company has gone to overly complex, brittle small displacement turbo assists and hybrids. I'm glad to still have their older vehicles. The Tundra will outlive me I suspect.
The V6 used in the Zs and Maximas has always been a brute. So of course when TPTB ordered CVTs be put in the Maxima, the failure rate for Maxima CVTs skyrocketed. Having pencil pushers tell one how to make your car is devastating.
I still have my 1990 300zx in storage, for almost 10 years now. White withe white leather interior. I totalled a red ‘90 about 20 years ago.
If you watch when she changes then comes down the elevator,.... He kind of pivots his hips.

Please ensure you view the SUV commercial, there are 3 or 4 from that ad campaign.
I miss when we could laugh and joke and it meant nothing more than a laugh and a joke.
It was good times.
