Does anyone actually believe that Trump won Arizona by 5.5% but Kari Lake lost?

You think Trump voters really went in there and voted for the open border cartel guy?

Arizona’s elections are an absolute joke

...

Arizona FINALLY finished counting votes yesterday, a mere 20 days after Election Day. Trump won AZ by 5.5% making it the reddest of the seven swing states. President Trump won Maricopa County, the biggest prize in the state, by over 3%.

This puts Arizona in the same category as Minnesota (Kamala by +4), Virginia (Kamala +5), New Mexico (Kamala +6), and New Jersey (Kamala +6).

...

They cheated as usual.. -Catturd.

...

For the second time in two years, Kari Lake won.

...

Arizona is the epitome of election fraud.

I voted for Kari. I like her and think she would have made good Senator (not to mention Governor). I do think there are a lot of reasons why Kari lost: (1) She was out-funded by the Democrats. Gallego had a lot of big donors, inside and outside the State and from his own party, while Kari had nowhere near, including NO financial support from the national GOP. Like it or not, big money plays a decisive role in a political race.
(2) Cheating. While there may have not been cheating on a scale that occurred in 2020, you can bet it still went on, especially in the big liberal population counties like Maricopa and Pima. Whatever the extent, it combined with other factors.
(3) Kari's pro-life stance, as uneven and wishy-washy as it was, was not popular with women voters--even the ones that ended up voting for President Trump.
(I also think it might be possible that lots of women voters, for whatever reason, just took a personal dislike to her. Maybe the same reason a lot of women voted against Harris)
(4) The still strong influence of the McCain cult--which she unnecessarily antagonized during her run for the governorship. They saw it as a chance to get back at her.

So I don't think there was one big factor, more like death from a thousand cuts. For example, I think if it had been a squeaky-clean election and she would have been adequately funded, she might have pulled this one out. We'll never know, I guess.

Yes. Gallego is a stronger candidate than Kamala Harris, and he is Hispanic.

I live out here. Lake had two things against her. The biggest of the two was the ballot proposition on abortion which she opposed and Arizonans voted for by something like 65-35. Thee other issue is that neither the AZGOP nor the RNC supported her. Plain and simple, she refused to play ball with the GOP elite and Arizona still hasn’t weaned itself from the McCain contingent.

Amazing how when the counting goes on for weeks the Democrat almost always wins.

It seems like it should be more like 50/50.

I can believe it. A lot of us didn’t bother voting down ballot. We’re tired of being screwed by our own party.

They are cheating in the Senate and house races. Need another group of laws in red states that can hopefully spread to purple states. Federal indictments and long, long sentences for anyone cheating in a federal election(Senate and house)

“How many times must she lose before they nominate someone who can win.”

Better yet, she is a strong fighter who will persist and overcome the enemy. Just like President Trump.

Her opponent was Hispanic.

And she's a terrible candidate. But it still stinks.

Unfortunately a LOT of people, including more than a few FReepers who pretend to be conservatives not only believe it, but are secretly glad that she lost.

“How many times must she lose before they nominate someone who can win.”

Like McSally? Hamadeh? Blake Masters? Steve Gaynor? All of them have been cheated in Arizona since 2018. One of the Democrats most reprehensible stunts after cheating someone is spreading around that the “losing” candidate was lousy and somebody else would have won.

Then they tell everybody in two years to come play elections again and they cheat again and then they get people like you to trash the GOP victim again. The drive for five straight steals will be up and running in two years. Whoever is nominated, you can tell us how much they suck.

Do people understand that Senators have one job, and that is to vote in the Senate the way we want? We’re not looking for them to be leaders or even good people, just vote the right way.

What do these people think Gallego is going to vote for when he gets to DC?

No. Because it didn’t happen.

Just like the other Senate and House seats the Democrats have stolen.

They have now stolen both CA13 and CA45. Once the Democrat takes the lead in a race, it never swings back the other way. All counting then pretty much stops.

I can see it. My son voted Trump but did not vote for Nella Dominici in NM. His first time voting. He said it pissed him off to no end getting multiple texts per day from the campaigns and he said hers were by far the most annoyingly frequent.

Your numbers do not line up to mean anything. What were the senate race numbers in the other states you list?

Let me guess. She gave up fighting. I bet she won’t ask Trump to have the DOH investigate, either. So she is a two time LOSER.

What I don’t understand is why they would steal the election for a Democrat Senate candidate, but not steal the state for Kamala as well.

Maybe Mrs. Emhoff is unlikeable.

But Kari Lake is an excellent candidate.

When you say otherwise, you have nothing.

Why would you do this?
