At a third of a kilometer across, Apophis would hit with a TNT equivalent of about a gigaton. That’s around 20 times bigger than the Czar bomb, the biggest nuke ever detonated. It could even trigger a nuclear winter effect.

The media is telling me that the chance of this thing hitting us is the same as Trump winning in 2016. It’s just not happening.

The good news is that scientists are assuring us that there is zero chance that this enormous space rock will hit us. Part of me believes this to be a lie and that Apophis is the reason for everything we're seeing, a runup to police states everywhere while populations are distracted from all the deficit spending with manufactured crisis after crisis. [tin hat off]

Well I don’t know squat about asteroids... but since the Kung Flu pandemic I have learned a thing or two about the credibility of “our top experts”!

Other factors...
Some scientists have commented that as it tumbles and passes the sun, different sides are heated and cooled, which can vary the trajectory.
Wiki states that if the current projected trajectory holds, the pass will be within the current orbital paths of geostationary satellites. That’s rather close!
No fear.
God’s in control.

There will still be a large population present when Jesus Christ comes to the battle of Armageddon. He won’t be ruling for 1,000 years over an empty planet.
But it will be in pretty bad shape when he comes.

In 2029 I’ll be 72. If it hits earth I might die or I might survive. Either way I don’t have any control over this. I could die today or make it to 100. A lot of factors are beyond my control but I am trying to stay as healthy as possible for whatever is coming down the road. I’m thankful for the 67 years the Lord has granted me so far and of course the rest of my life is in his hands as well along with Apophis which is part of his creation.

Apophis is a small asteroid. Not even a medium which would be over 1 mile in dia. Huge would be an asteroid several miles in dia.

In all of human history, we have never had a giant space rock come so close to us. He asserts, without any possibility of being able to prove it ... In fact, it could be a "once every couple hundred years or so" event, and we wouldn't know it.

The good news is that scientists are assuring us that there is zero chance that this enormous space rock will hit us. The bad news is that governments are treating their populations with the exact level of looting, manipulation, and disdain you would expect from officials who were sure this enormous space rock will in fact hit us.

"I always assumed that Apophis was sailing peacefully through the heavens in a very calm manner. " Sucker...
If we allow the DEI morons at NASA to perform any kind of fly-by experiments, we ARE doomed...
IMHO, their incompetence will assure that a "NASA-perturbed" Apophis will find a landing spot on Easter Sunday, 2026...
