Just finished my usual 3 eggs in a small cast iron skillet, covered, in butter topped with harissa.
Freshly home roasted coffee with A2/A2 Alexandres 6% milk.
Yum!

Most of those are a no brainer....
..but the some of the suggested alternatives are interesting options that I plan to look into.
Thanks for posting 👍

It sounds to me that it’s more the high processing than the “protein.”
Processed foods are POISON.

Anyone on a low carb, high protein (or fat) diet such as Atkins or Ketogenic would know to avoid all of those - except maybe the sausages. Those can be confusing if you don’t check the ingredients.

What kind of idiot would think that *any* of these heavily processed, bullshit “foods” would help you lose weight?

Look at the prices of some of their selected alternatives. A 20oz bag of cereal for almost $25. No freakin way!

Well, if you’re buying processed convenience *high protein* breakfast foods, yeah, it’s not going to work.
Eat real food.

I don’t consume any of those. My breakfasts consist of a small glass of orange juice (as close to fresh squeezed as possible), and either a piece of toast with grape jam or a small bowl of mini wheats. That’s it. Nothing more.

Greek Yogurt is fine as long as you DO NOT buy the flavored kind.
Especially the kind that has the fruit syrup in it.
I buy plain unflavored Fage Greek yogurt an add Wyman’s wild frozen blueberries.
To: ChicagoConservative27
I’m getting by with Winco frozen waffles and a slice of ham and a cup of coffee.

Flavored Greek yogurt is no good now? I only eat the Zero Sugar type. Maybe I have to give it up now?
Thanks for posting this article. :-)
