Mostly dairy, breeding stock and bulls. One of the guys I worked with had an eye for steaks and I would bring home boxes of t-bones from dairy cows and they were fantastic.

I tried a burger and fries from the then-new 5 Guys near us maybe 15 years ago (maybe longer). I was SHOCKED at the prices then — something like $13 or $14 way back in 2010! Never went back.
We wish. It’s a better grade of beef, but still barely fit for consumption.
