As of now I'm confident of Trump winning the election but I don't trust Democrats. They are not entirely stupid. They have their own internal polling and must realize behind the scenes what is happening. I expect more "Trump is a dictator" nonsense. (I think they are trying to inspire another nutjob to take another shot at him.) More people will probably step forward with allegations of wrong-doing by Trump from 10, 20, 30 years ago. I'm also concerned about what Democrats will do after a Trump victory if vote fraud fails to work for them. I've been wondering what would happen if Biden resigned after a Trump victory. What are the ramifications of Harris being president for the rest of Biden's term? Democrats might do this just to "make history" so they can say they had the first women president. They might do it to try to annoy Trump. Who knows? Any thoughts on this? Is this even remotely plausible?

I don’t the Bidens agreeing to this, but even if they did, so what. If anything, it gets rid of the “first woman president” label. Women everything can then celebrate breaking the ceiling with Word Salad Harris.
Why would the Dems use up the “first woman President” card this way? It’s not like Kamala will ever figure in national politics again.

I think that Joe and Jill do not like Kamala and will not do her any favors. I don’t forsee them putting her into the history books as some sort of parting gift.
On the other hand, I can see Joe simply not waking up some morning for one reason or another. So, yes, Kamala might be given the office for a few weeks — but I don’t think that the Bidens would be the ones to give it to her.

If Biden did that, Trump might not be so amenable to discussing or thinking about any future pardons for Hunter - or for Joe himself.
Besides, I think Congress won’t be in session until Jan 3, so whatever a President Que-Mala could do would have to be an EA or EO which could be rescinded by Trump.
IMO, such an event would only be a last “Eff you” from the crazy Democrats.
