Why hasn't Kamala been arrested for public drunkeness?

If Trump gave a stupid public address while obviously drunk, police would walk up to him at the podium and handcuff him.

But apparently if you're a Dem, and a woman, and a candidate for the presidency, you can be stupid AND drunk in public with legal immunity.

Remember Hillary's campaign video, "Who's going to take the call at 3 a.m.?" We can choose between Joe's dementia and Kamala's inability to stay sober even when she knows she's going to be giving public speeches. Can't.stay.sober? Really?

She's stupid when she's sober. She's disgusting when drunk.

How is Kamala's incapacity when sober OR drunk any better than Joe's dementia? Neither one could climb the stairs  unassisted in the throws of their 'condition'.

And the Media wants us to believe this is a close race to the presidency???

Obviously our enemies are using their public-failure-puppets to run our country because Joe and Kamala are either incompetent, incapacitated or incapable and sometimes combinations thereof.

Mel Gibson hit the nail on the head. The woman has the IQ of a fence post. She might be drunk in some videos but she isn’t drunk in every video.
