After our exchange the other day I went and counted.
Not including condiments, sauces, or soups that contain cheese, but counting flavored varieties individually, I had 17 types of cheese in the frig.
Heres your excuse to go get some more.

I think they make some versions of "Mouldy Cheese" in Wisconsin ? (Did they have any the Iowa County Fair (I forget....how many Blue Ribbons did you win??))
