A Belarusian man dubbed the world's 'most monstrous bodybuilder' has reportedly died of a heart attack aged just 36.
Illia 'Golem' Yefimchyk ate seven times a day and consumed 16,500 calories, including 108 pieces of sushi and 2.5 kilograms of steak.
Known as the '340lbs beast' and also The Mutant, he stood 6ft 1 inch tall and boasted a 61-inch chest and 25-inch biceps.
He reportedly suffered a heart attack at home on September 6, while his wife Anna performed chest compressions as she waited for the ambulance.
The bodybuilder was flown to hospital by helicopter.
'I prayed all this time, hoping that Illia would recover,' Anna told Belarusian local media.
'I spent every day by his side, hoping, and his heart started beating again for two days, but the doctor gave me the terrible news that his brain had died.'
She said after his death: 'I thank everyone for their condolences. It's very heartwarming to realise that I am not left alone in this world, and so many people have offered me help and support.'
Russian newspaper Kommersant reported: 'On September 6, the athlete suffered a heart attack and fell into a coma.'

100% steroids
kind of reminds me of Assad’s special bodyguard unit. They stood out on the battlefield when his Civil War broke out.
I don’t find your comment funny, nor that of the other poster asking about her biceps. I performed chest compressions on my beloved husband when he had a sudden cardiac arrest from which he did not recover. He too had just been deemed “perfectly healthy” 6 weeks prior at his annual checkup.
I’ve struggled for 6 years wondering if I wasn’t strong enough to perform compressions correctly. Take your stupid humor and shove it.
How many steroids was he on?
Less pain and suffering then the way Lyle Alzado went out.
Gotta be the steroids. The actor who played the Mountain (Gregor Clegane) from Game Of Thrones admitted that he took steroids, as they were necessary to get as big as he is.
I’m very, very sorry for your loss. 😔
I agree with your post.
Veins a-popping left and right is not a natural look.
Maybe for a contest or two, but not to be maintained years at a time. Funny how people, doctors included, can convince themselves that everything is “just fine”, like that cartoon dog sipping coffee in a room now engulfed in crackling flames.
You shouldn’t feel like you did anything wrong or insufficient. Survival statistics for people who go into cardiac arrest and have to be resuscitated are very poor. Chest compressions do help some people survive, but overall it’s not often.
Condolences on the loss of your husband.
1980s single women were worse than today’s.
So sorry for your loss. Please don’t blame yourself. Take care.
“I pick things up, an put em down”
"The Sh!t is BIG."
“Veins a-popping left and right is not a natural look.”
At least he didn’t have any trouble at the phlebotomists.
There’s that!
Healthiest man in the graveyard!
As we both know, there can be only one.
He probably was (vaxxed) but all the rest of the stuff mentioned above was probably synergistic with the clot shots killing capabilities.
I’m so sorry for your loss, it sounds like you did the best you could to save your beloved husband.
That’s as hideous as what women do to their bodies with plastic surgery and botox.
The way God naturally made people is fine, without enhancements.
I’m sure you did fine.
I did the same when my dad passed, although he was nowhere near fit. Same result.
Sometimes there’s just too much damage done to the heart in the attack.
You tried and that’s what is important. Please. Don’t beat yourself up over something you had no control over.
My condolences. It’s a hard thing to live with.
