My suggestion would be to go to an independent pharmacy in your area and ask the pharmacist for the name of a doctor or CFNP who can prescribe it in the event you contact Covid on your trip. The two independent pharmacies in my area have no problem filling a prescription for it.

On my last long distance trip here in the US, my doctor prescribed it plus hydroxychloroquine and an antibiotic to take with me. I was lucky and did not catch it or a variant but did have a very mild case at home in 2022. In that case HCQ did the trick.

You may be able to buy ivermectin OTC in one or more of those countries. Personally I prefer the “mammal paste.” It’s way cheaper and works just fine. I have a 0.1 gram scale and use 0.8 grams. Or you can use the weight scale on the plunger. The dosage is EXACTLY the same for livestock and humans adjusted for weight.

Remember that the preventive dose is 1 to 4 times per month, but the curative dose is 2x to 3x per day. Think about that. The curative dose is about 100x the preventive dose, which is an indication of just how safe it is. All those who hindered its use should be fined, jailed, or hung.
