Massive contrails this morning on ver NJ

Anybody notice massive three color contrails over New Jersey this morning around 11:00a.m.? Looked liked dozens of red, white and blue contrails , in neat formation, flying southwest to northeast, as in I 95. It only lasted minutes, as it’s windy today. But wondered, wazzup? No announcement, nothing on TV.
