15h · I rarely do this . . . but I'm doing this. Reschedule your night, and watch/listen to this 1.5 hour @Michael_Yon podcast video instead of what you were going to do.
BLUF: shitcan your [hypothetical] international studies degree. This podcast is worth 10X more. No, 100X. This is distilled essence. The pure water flowing out of the rock spring. No filter, not needed.
Yon is a month into fasting and reading century+ old books on Okinawa. His autodidact genius is 2+ next level. Built upon living and traveling in 100+ countries during most of his adult life. Not in safe Western "green zones" but out with the local farmers on every continent [except in Antarctica. No farmers.] In real combat, as a civilian war photographer. After being a very young Green Beret. [Which was too boring---in peacetime---I can relate.]
Please, just listen to this podcast. Twice would be better. Take notes. PhDs are quiet when Yon is speaking from the top-front of his mind without a script. Share it to everyone you know who you think has a 110+ IQ. [Don't waste your time with normies.]
*PING*
I watch ‘Prepper Princes’ and she has been on a bender like no other for the past few months; she is convinced that The End is Nigh.
I’m not quite there yet, but I AM paying attention.
I’m suspecting she’s right.
I’ve had an uncomfortable feeling about this rest of this year with the elections and how well the democrats take losing.
It’s not going to be pretty...
No matter who wins.
Trump = 2016 on steroids, complete anarchy and the burning down of cities.
Dems *winning* = they finish the destruction of this county with nothing stopping them.
Bump to return
I am not there yet either. But, I don’t plan to be caught by surprise.

I have the same feelings. It is not going to be pretty.
I still think we might not have elections.
I’ve cut way back on the news. It is not healthy.
Yep. :(
Important interview. Wealth of insight inparted to those who will listen. Michael has drilled down to the essence.
Thank you for posting this. Michael Yon knows his stuff.
Very scary what we’re facing.
At least most on our side won’t be in total shock because they are informed and better prepared both mentally and physically.
This interview explained why we did not relocate to Texas.
Texans do not like to hear this—but I had and have zero confidence in their willingness and ability to defend their border.
They will be the front lines—and they are not ready.
It will be like Pearl Harbor—by the time Texans “get it” they will already have been hit hard and forced into a nasty situation.

See Post #1 for an outline of what is covered in the video.
The video is 1 hr, 35 min long and speaks to what to expect in the future if there isn't a change.
It's your future, ..and I think it's worth your valuable time to be acquainted with the prospects of how to respond.
It is up to you to determine your fate.

Enough said ! ( My editorial comment)
Good points. But we must realize that the SHTF will be nation-wide. Especially if the Sleeper Cells are activated.
I followed his logic—do not move unless your proposed new location is better than the one you are leaving—after all the pluses and minuses are identified.
