Beaches are horrible places to commit crime.
The sand stops you from fleeing fast, increasing the need to take hostages.
And then hostages are hard to hold on to because they are slippery from the suntan oil.
There are so many better places to commit crime.
Taking out the trash has no emotional effect on me.
Every week after I bring the bags out, I've checked.
I wanted to adapt this, but I’m going to bed.
“The Miami Beach audience is the greatest audience in the world.” — Jackie Gleason
This happened in a store, Victoria’s Secret judging by the mannikins.
A liberal Democrat will say that was staged. Fake. Conservative false flag. I am not kidding.
I've posted more than once that "he's going away for a long time" is a stupid cliche as they either get a plea deal or there's overcrowding or the lab mixed up dna for someone else so this and other cases get tossed
Or like this one, he escapes.
On Ted Bundy, an extremely dangerous serial killer: He then became a suspect in a progressively longer list of unsolved homicides in several states. Facing murder charges in Colorado, Bundy engineered two dramatic escapes and committed further assaults in Florida, including three murders, before being recaptured in 1978.
Beach hostages....
I posted once that in 1998 my late wife and I were among the people on a beach in Sarasota, Florida held by a gunman.
He kept deputies at bay after he shot around some people and told them to stand down. They did. People later said they saw the bullets hitting the sand and making little clouds in the air and it scared them.
Younger guys and I made our plan quietly to grab him if he went left. When he wasn’t looking I had my wife slip under a car in the first parking lot row near us. She said “What good is it going to do me if you’re dead?” “I don’t intend to die”
He chose to lunge right.
Finally he grabbed an older man and grinned and slowly marched him away as his wife collapsed, screaming over and over. He drove away with the hostage.
Happy ending, surrounded by dozens of cops, he surrendered from holding a family in their house.

It was a Victoria’s Secret. There’s a sign on the store.
Nice mannequins.
That is a much better place to take hostages than a beach.
Plus suicide by cop in a lingerie store is going to make an interesting story in Hell.
wow
A Victoria Secret's store is likewise not the best venue at which to take hostages.
Regards,
Just like the Trump assassination attempt video, way too many ponytails and buns on the LEOs. Tired of seeing women cops/agents.
No, everything you’ve said is wrong.
There is no good place to commit a crime. If you think there is, you’re a lowlife.
And in Hell, it’s impossible to have a good story because there’s no one to listen to you. Those in Hell are alone for eternity.
Just horrific. Just can’t watch this right now. Don’t want to have to go through vicariously what the officer went through. Hope he is ok.
And that concluded the negotiations. So much for the open casket.
Anyone who takes hostages deserves to die without honor. It sounds like this story had a happy ending.
Disappointed that the cop was acting like a girl afterwards.
