Congrats,I think I registered 23 years ago.My first post was Spinderman was gay so I didn’t post it.Same with the 2nd and 3rd.I asked my teenage daughter when she came home from school.Oh Mom let me fixed that it a virus:)I think I was in chat for 6 months.

In many ways it's the same site. There are some different options you can set now, though I don't remember some of the specifics.

The major change that sticks out to me is that each comment is now placed in its own html div, so minor html coding goofs don't cascade through the thread.

Back in the old days it was fairly common for someone to forget to turn off the italics if they italicized something, resulting in all the subsequent text being italicized. That lead to frequent postings of "Italians Off!!" when someone posted the html code to turn it off.
