Aborted takeoff.............
VIDEO AT LINK.................
Mult tires đ§ No ground or maintenance checks? No Tire Pressure Light? WTF?
Ditto. It is amazing to watch regional jet fight paths. They criss cross the nation to fill in the gaps. Airlines don’t make any money when their aircraft are on the ground,,
HOT RUNWAY TARMAC A FACTOR????
Can you say “maintenance” ?
Yes, this.
Also consider that the tires can heat up during taxiing due to heat transferred from brakes to wheels to tires. Takeoff roll adds more heat to the tires as the heavy aircraft gains speed.
Then consider that at the point of rotation, the horizontal stabilator pushes down on the tail with considerable force, and the wings are not yet fully flying, meaning that the (now very hot) main tires are bearing a whole lotta mass. (Almost as if they are pushing the aircraft into the air.)
Imagine pushing down on one end of a teeter totter with a person of generous mass on the other (Selecting a name at random, say "Hillary".) The center of the plank will bear a lot of load stress as Hillary's mass is somehow lifted upward.
Pilot most likely jumped on rudder/brakes inadvertently to correct to centerline and anti skid off or malfunctioned. I would suspect junior crew member. Other possibilities less likely.

Jim Faulkner, a spokesperson for Frontier Airlines, told CN Traveler in an interview that the front tires of a landing gear system can typically take 219 landings on average. At the same time, the main wheels behind are suitable for almost double the landings
...................
According to Tire Recappers, you would need about 22 gallons of oil to make the synthetic rubber components of a new large tire. By retreading, carriers use only one-third of the oil per tire,
..................
Some airlines donât even own the tires that keep aircraft off the ground. JetBlue, and Southwest, to name a couple, have contracts with tire companies like Goodyear that allow for usage, retreading, and return. The third-party company, in turn, certifies tires to be suitable for a certain amount of takeoffs and landings per tire.
Headline writer violated the standards. Any plane problem is required to mention Boeing in the headline even if the plane involved was an Airbus or a Russian or Chinese plane.
They must have switched to Firestone 500s.
I had those on my Pinto.......................
It’s a miracle you survived!
The most stress on aircraft tires is during ground turning
Also had them on a Chevelle and had a blowout on I-10 late one night................
Every government agency is ALWAYS trying to find a reason to expand their scope and size.
Does it matter?
**Pilot most likely jumped on rudder/brakes inadvertently**
If that was the case maybe (fill in pronoun) should wear high heels. Harder to push the toe brakes in. Lol
Wow. That could become a deadly maintenance issue very quickly.
Tires donât always pop on landing. The wear and tear on airplane timers is insane. Just because the most stress is during landing doesnât mean thatâs the moment they will fail.
Made in CHAI Nuh..... duh.
