I don't know how to add a picture to a post. Any help is appreciated. TIA

bracket it with < >
I use the formula on sandbox and adjust the size of the picture from 300 to 500, sometimes 600 in preview before I post it.
You need to link to an externally store picture on the internet. Right click on a picture and select:
Copy image address
Better to use a width = xx% since monitor sizes vary.
Just has to come from an internet source and not your phone or hard drive?

Find a good “image host” site to store photos on and link to them.
“HotLinking” to other people’s websites for photos is considered bandwidth theft and is in bad form/manners:

Before an image can live on FR, it has to make a stop at the Internet.
Make things easy and get this FR browser addon/extension - http://cynwoody.appspot.com/fr_posting_form_enhancer.html
To post pics you will need to upgrade to the highest tier, Freeper Plus. You will get a + by your user name.
A photo for FR can come from your hard drive, but it is a project not for the faint of heart...you have to have a file server running 24/7/365 in your home/business with the appropriate holes punched in your firewall/router ports to allow public access from the Internet. Easier to just use a “file/photo hosting site”.
IOW: FR’s software/database does not store photos, just text and LINKS to photos stored elsewhere (then FR displays the linked photo).

If you use “ % “ as the size limiter, i.e. ‘50%’, the picture will be half of whatever size the viewer is using................
