The alleged justification for this bill is based on easily disproven falsehoods. I believe Biden is right about it being rare illegals are voting. This is because a ballot using the illegals information is being submitted by some democratic operative without the illegals ever knowing, or even setting foot in a polling place. So yes, the illegal technically isn’t voting.
Except for those with drop boxes and mail in voting, and absentee voting. The constitution is very clear, the states conduct the elections.
