Ok people. This is what we should be focused on. Why? Think just for a minute. Joe is self-destructing. We get much more out of questioning Kamala's abilities. Think race, gender, likability, and most of all competence. Fails on all four. Don't you think concentrating on the VP-in-place would create more buzz than leftest attempts to steer the subject towards the governors out there?

Might as well run Biden. Just have him say he’s too busy to campaign or go on television and hope for the best

This shows the major problem with the Democrat party, they are more concerned about internal party politics than they are about the people they serve as elected officials.

Just heard that in a head to head matches, Trump is only up 2% over Harris and 5% over Joek.

the D’s would have a more successful campaign if they just select a wino at random from the nearest bus bench

Unless they can find a way around the rite of succession, that’s pretty much it.

I imagine that, if Bidon resigns, she would assume the Presidency long enough to issue pardons and then step down on January 21st.

Something the Dems can’t say out loud is that going with Harris at the top of the ticket will likely expose the reluctance of many Democrats to support a woman of color for President.

Now WE might attribute her lack of support to Harris’s patent vacuity; leftism; lack of engagement/accomplishments as VP; dearth of executive experience (she can’t even run her own office or campaigns); inability to debate (remember that Tulsi Gabbard demolished Harris’s Presidential run in five minutes); etc.

But DEMOCRATS can’t say “it’s her, not her race and gender” because in Dem ideology, doubting any black woman’s qualifications is racist and sexist by default. (Especially since the Dems’ standard for white presidents has been “dementia patient”). Their only choice will be quietly not voting. Some will split the ticket, but millions will just skip the whole election, leaving downticket Dems up a creek. In the aftermath, the woke Dems would be very unhappy to re-awake in a party that has not left Robert Byrd so far behind. The non-woke Dems will be unhappy that having Harris forced on them solely because of race and gender led to losing power.

Fine fix they are in. It’s breaking my heart...

Kamala Harris is widely disliked in the Democratic party and even by her staff. Her public manner is odd, with schoolgirl giggles and sly appeals to race. Nevertheless, unless Harris did not want to run, she is the near certain replacement for Biden.

It’s all about the money. Biden has a huge war chest that would only go to Kamala…anybody else the Dems might appoint wouldn’t get it. It would go to the DNC and not the candidates’ campaigns.

Follow the campaign money - Joe likely cannot transfer it to anyone else.
