Apparently in Wisconsin Biden can’t be replaced. There are 3 critical states where Trump leads by less than 4 points Pennsylvania (+2.8) Michigan (+.5) and Wisconsin (dead even). In the states where Trump leads by more than 4 he has 268 electoral votes, and he needs 2 more electoral votes to win (270). If Biden’s replacement is not on the ballot in Wisconsin he or she can’t possibly win.
