If garlic is an issue, how well do you handle sunlight?

PS: Under no circumstances should you ever accept an invitation to dine with Koreans.

Wear sunscreen, wear sunglasses, stay out of the sun.

I avoid all dinner invitations.

Years ago I had a Korean co-worker who would microwave her kimchi for lunch. In 15-20 seconds she’d have the lunchroom to herself LOL

Our daughter lived in Korea for a year. Before she came back to the states she told us that I would have to learn how to make kimchi because she couldn’t do without it. We lived in a little town at the time that did not have anywhere that you could buy kimchi

regularly adding some garlic to your diet has been found to keeps both blood sugar and cholesterol in check.

Yeah...no.

I use it daily, have type 2 and calcium buildup. Unless you try to say it could been worse.
None of these homeopathic/natural miracles do much of anything. MAYBE move the needles a point or 2.

That’s been my experience and I try a lot of them just in case it might really deliver in some tangible way. Can’t hurt. But don’t fool yourself.

I don’t know WHAT I’ve been doing, but I had my annual check-up at the VA yesterday and I am STILL, at nearly 64, Army Ready. Booyah!! (PLEASE don’t call me back! PLEASE don’t call me back, LOL!)

I do like Garlic and add it to a lot of my dishes. Up here on The Frozen Tundra, we plant it in the Fall, mulch it heavily, let it re-grow all the NEXT season, harvest in August or so. Dry some out, separate the cloves, then re-plant for next year. Easy Peasy. :)

I had a secretary (can I use that word now) once?

She swore by garlic pills that were touted as odor free lol

Man I could smell the garlic from a room away

I’ve talked to beautiful Korean women and it was like just so overpowering

And I like garlic too

Who doesn’t

Ruin date nite breath

Hummus

Salsa

Ranch

Most red sauces or pesto for sure

And of course the macdaddy of garlic breath kimchi
