Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy is reportedly not happy with the organization’s hierarchy, in particular with owner Jerry Jones for not respecting his leadership.
According to a report from Go Long’s Tyler Dunne:
“He’s doing it the best he can,” said a former Dallas personnel member recently. “Some of the people I’ve talked to have said that he’s getting fed up with it a little bit. It’s hard. I feel bad for [quarterback] Dak [Prescott]. I think Dak’s a really good quarterback who is capable of taking a team to the Super Bowl. He’s got to overcome a lot of things.”
Dunne’s report highlights that “current players are more concerned about Jerry Jones than their own head coach,” which high-ranked Cowboys officials indicated, and that “ownership can undermine the head coach at any moment,” according to Yahoo Sports.
What?! Drama in Dallas?!?!? You don’t say!
Considering the amount that has popped off within that organization for decades now, is anybody really shocked at this report?
Hell, I’m surprised it didn’t come earlier.
Yep. You’d think back to back titles would have made Johnson realize who the bid dawg was.
Green Bay should have never fired McCarthy.
Still my team ... I just don't like Jones. Never have. I was there when it interrupted Coach Landry's golf game. Jones has no class whatsoever. Nothing but a business man.

Many teams need a new/different coach.
The Cowboys simply need a new/different owner.
But as the wealthy say, the Golden Rule is “He that has the gold makes the rules.”
Until they meet their Maker and their gold becomes worthless as do their rules. Who is the Ruler of the Universe.
I don't know because I don't watch the NFL anymore since they allow the players to (figuratively) piss on veterans during the National Anthem, but I'd guess that Mike McCarthy is black. Hmmm. On the other hand, his name is Mike and not DeShund or something, so maybe I'm wrong.

There was a story about a month back that Belichick was going to Cowboys.
The one good hire Jerry made post-Jimmy Johnson, was The Tuna, but that was with the understanding that he was only going to be there a few seasons to turn things around, and then leave.
That would probably be the deal Bill would make.
He is 72. So, he probably wants a three year deal.
Then he will retire when he beats Shula’s record.
Then he can marry his girlfriend.
You need somebody to take care of you in your old age.
McCarthy knew exactly what he was getting into at Dallas.
I always hated the Cowboys, but respected Laundry and Staubach. Now I despise the entire America hating NFL, may they all crash and burn.

Except Steinbrenner actually knew how to build a good team. Jerry doesn’t.
They should have fired him years earlier. His play selection is crap and cost them at least 2 runs to the SB. There’s a reason Rogers has so much success in the 2 minute drill, plays don’t generally come in from the sideline during the hurry-up.
I call it Cowboys fatigue.
