Respectfully disagree. MM Was worn out with the Packers system. He had some good years but his tenure was done, Rogers was on his last legs and the organization needed new blood, which they got.
I like MM but he deserved a fresh start and he deserves better than Jerry Jones.

They should have fired him years earlier. His play selection is crap and cost them at least 2 runs to the SB. There’s a reason Rogers has so much success in the 2 minute drill, plays don’t generally come in from the sideline during the hurry-up.
