South Korea is reconsidering its policy on providing lethal weapons to Ukraine in response to a recent defense pact between Russia and North Korea. This shift comes after South Korea condemned the agreement between Russia and North Korea, which pledged mutual defense assistance in the event of war. Previously, South Korea had only provided non-lethal aid to Ukraine, but the new development could see South Korea supplying artillery shells and possibly other lethal weapons to support Ukraine in its conflict with Russia.

Actually, it’s the other way around. South Korea now feels MORE THREATENED by the North, thanks to their FORMAL alliance with Russia, so they understand that they need to hang on to their remaining weapons.

Of course Korea is going to get in on the defense industy boondoggle and make some serious cash. Korea has a hugh military industrial complex selling weapons worldwide for over 50 years. The sell 155, choppers, tanks, artillery, vehicles and they do so in spite of sanctions and sometimes supply both parties in a single conflict with the the same weapons, profiting off of death.
Korea sure gave the US headaches during the Iran-Iraq war;)

There are many parallels between the current Ukraine/Russia war and the run-up to WW1. Nations that should be neutral are choosing sides, as you noted.
Trump 1.0 showed his desire to avoid unnecessary wars. Perhaps Trump 2.0 can settle things down. I don’t think anyone else can.
It’s extraordinary how the “Neocons” are able to control his every move to make this all possible for them. Everything he does to start and escalate war and other conflicts is due to the “neocons” according to every post you make. The Neocons caused him to invade Ukraine and start that war. They caused him to hold diplomatic summits with terrorist groups like Hezbollah, Hamas, and Islamic Jihad. They caused him to go to North Korea and form a security pact with them to cause tensions with South Korea. Etc. He simply chooses not to do all of this stuff, the “neocons” don’t get to do all of the things you claim they are getting out of these conflicts. So he must be working for them.
What good is a world war unless everybody participates. Just don’t disturb Brandon because he’s studying for the debate.
Remember South Korea, misery loves company. The misery is being driven by their gross miscalculations as to how they had planned this conflict to play out. Don't fall for the temptation out of unfounded manufactured fear.
South Korea will get to see how its weapons do against Nork weapons in the new front in the forever proxy war.
With anyone else, I don't think it's a matter of "can". More like "would".
