Fairy-tale logic. The chans aren’t a modern enterprise with separation of concerns (those with access to the HW layer have no access to SW layer) so... if they could be manipulated after a point in time... they could also have been manipulated before that point in time.

If they were using a noSQL database, there are still ways to see the “fields” you can set by viewing existing entries in Dynamo, Mongo, etc or reviewing the code and determine the fields it’s using to populate the web display.
These will all give you the table format and show you the fields that are available to populate. It’s not magic, it’s just DBA’ing. Further more.... 0a3163 (from https://qalerts.app/?n=4892) is NOT an IP ... so without access to the code, who knows what the hell it truly is referencing. IF the prevailing theory is that the ID is generated based on IP... internal IPs that used the site for webform population should also generate a value. Sure, it may be 192.168.x.x, 172.16.x.x, or 10.x.x.x, but after being hashed... no end user would ever know the original value.
From my experience, the only way to not automatically populate a field like that (via the webform) would be to manually enter it into the datastore. However, if you have access to manipulate the datastore at that level, chances are you’re going to be able to view all fields (and calculation populating fields) in the database. Coming up with a “fake Q post” should be ez-pz.

The funding mechanism is the INFRA Grant Program in Biden’s Transportation Department. To begin with, here is how the website describes the Program:
“What is the INFRA program?
INFRA (the Nationally Significant Multimodal Freight & Highway Projects program) awards competitive grants for multimodal freight and highway projects of national or regional significance to improve the safety, efficiency, and reliability of the movement of freight and people in and across rural and urban areas.”
Projects typically range from as little as $8 million up to $200 million. Here is their list of eligible projects, which is pretty clear and simple:
“Eligible projects:
A highway freight project on the National Highway Freight Network
A highway or bridge project on the National Highway System
A freight intermodal, freight rail, or freight project within the boundaries of a public or private freight rail, water (including ports), or intermodal facility and that is a surface transportation infrastructure project necessary to facilitate direct intermodal interchange, transfer, or access into or out of the facility
A highway-railway grade crossing or grade separation project
A wildlife crossing project
A surface transportation project within the boundaries or functionally connected to an international border crossing that improves a facility owned by Fed/State/local government and increases throughput efficiency
A project for a marine highway corridor that is functionally connected to the NHFN and is likely to reduce road mobile source emissions
A highway, bridge, or freight project on the National Multimodal Freight Network”
And yet INFRA recently awarded a whopping $426,719,810 for the Humboldt Bay Offshore Wind MVP (Minimum Viable Port) in Northern California. This is not a port in the transportation sense where freight and people get on and off ships. It is where they are going to build a bunch of floating wind turbines, which then get towed out to sea and anchored in a big federal offshore wind lease area. In short, it is a big boatyard.
A boatyard is clearly not eligible for INFRA funding, given the above list. Even clearer is this eligibility statement from the website:
“To be eligible under INFRA, a project within the boundaries of a freight rail, water (including ports), or intermodal facility must be a surface transportation infrastructure project necessary to facilitate direct intermodal interchange, transfer, or access into or out of the facility and must significantly improve freight movement on the NHFN.”
NHFN is the National Highway Freight Network, which the Humboldt Bay production facility has nothing to do with. It certainly is not going to “significantly improve freight movement on the NHFN”, which is the big INFRA grant requirement. In fact, bringing in the hundreds of thousands of tons of steel or concrete needed to make the floaters for the giant turbines is likely to increase freight congestion.
Surely, it is illegal for a Federal Agency to take money that Congress has allocated for a specific program like INFRA and spend it on something else. It seems clear that is what is happening here unless there is some hidden exemption loophole in play, which I doubt very much. To hell with the rules seems to be Biden’s hallmark.
Nor is this a one-shot deal. The State of Maine has an application for an even bigger $456,000,000 grant to build the Sears Island floating wind production site. Maine’s is called the Dirigo Atlantic Floating Offshore Wind Port, but it too is not a port in the transportation sense. It is a boatyard, a place where they make boats, in this case, giant turbine floaters. (Dirigo is Latin for “I lead” and is Maine’s state motto.)
So here we have almost a billion dollars possibly being illegally diverted from INFRA. That means a lot of worthwhile highway projects do not get funded. Moreover, there are more floating wind production facilities in the planning stages to go with the numerous deepwater leases in the works.
Someone in authority needs to take a hard look at these INFRA offshore production facility grants and stop them if they are, in fact, illegal, as they certainly seem to be. If the Biden Administration wants to throw billions at offshore wind production, then Congress must first provide the funds. That is how the American system works.

I started on the hardware side as an operator for 5 years in 67(with a couple of years out for being in the service). After 10 years in insurance claims, I got back into DP(or IT) and had 32 years on the software side as a system analyst\tester developing systems for organizations that are household names.

Regarding the issue of ID numbers on Q drops, Q never used ID numbers for authenticity. Instead Q specifically identified TRIPCODE as a mark of authenticity. The Anons on the chans/Kun know this, so I am sorry to say I have lost faith in them. These agitators/anonymous anons are ignoring what they know, and what Q stated clearly, and are insisting they, as outside sources, should be regarded as superior sources, not Q.
There are 6 Q drops using the word tripcode.
Q3620, Q3619, Q1835, Q1438, Q962, Q961

Q1835 says, "TRIPCODE compromised". There are no Q drops with the phrase, "ID compromised." I believe the 'TRIPCODE compromised' came from the time Q intentionally exposed the tripcode to see who would grab it and post.
However, there was a previous false claim by 'anons' that the TRIPCODE had been compromised.
Again, the ANons know the TRIPCODE is the authentication tool and unfortunately are working to shift authentication to the ID. The Tripcodes are (naturally) not displayed on the aggregators. Based on the determined attempts to portray 'everything past 2020' as fake, I will no longer believe anything anons or the Board owner(s) say about changes to the Tripcode or similar issues (the salt, encryption code).
Q/Q+ are in control and would advise us as to the authenticity of drops if 'everything after 2020 was fake.' The fact that Q has not refuted the latest attempts to claim 'fake Q' means we have matured, no longer need that kind of coaching, and are 'noticing' amazing changes occurring which validate Q.

When the most recent, post-2020, Ukrainian drop (4959) first arrived, I remarked that I had not been engaging trolls on that topic because I little depth on the Ukraine, but that I could do better, and so I did. The Ukraine drop was important and timely. In 2024, it's now obvious that NATO has drained it's weapons, the Ukraine is running out of conscripts and NATO continues to prop up the Ukraine as a means of starting WWIII. This is an important, worthwhile issue. NATO plans are no longer even passably feasible, and yet they double down. Before that Q4959, 'the narrative' was in much greater control in the forums and on the MSM. With the work of a mighty force of FReepers, and Anons around the world, the Ukrainian 'messaging' is on the run, and NATO's Ukraine war is dying.
There are some signs that NATO itself is on the ropes, with one member country stating that they did not support NATO's Ukrainian agenda, a first as far as some observers know. That detail was provided in a video by John Mearsheimer and I shared that link via FReepmail to a group which posts on the Ukraine. After posting it, the video now is flagged private and you have to have permission to view it. Those who post videos on Youtube, or Youtube itself, can view the origin of links (coming from Freerepublic.com) and perhaps TPTB objected to FR linking to it. Fewer FReepers, FReeQs and anons were paying attention to the Ukraine aside from MSM articles, then Q dropped about the Ukraine and so those who read Q at least turned to look, and some became active. And some FReepers are always digging behind the scenes and didn't believe the MSM assertions.
I've written my opinions/theories about the Ukraine AFTER, Q's drop (#2,188, #1,862); If accurate then I can understand another reason why Q might point to the 'keystone'. Note that that there are 32 drops on the board for the word 'Ukraine' (e.g., drops about the Impeachment of President Trump etc.); it's not odd that the post-2020 Q drop, Q4959 arrived 2 days before the midterm elections, and that it once again returned to the subject of the Ukraine.
I and two other FReeQs recall checking Trump's feed to make sure his retruth (now deleted) incorporating Q4961 was actually on his feed at the time. Trump's reTruth included the text from Q4961.
I believe there was another Trump retruth which confirmed he supports these post 2020 drops, I just can't recall which one it was.
The assertion by some that Q's link to the video "We're Not Gonna Take It Anymore' (Q4953) is a 'farewell video' strikes me as contrary to everything we've posted it about since the beginning. Besides, that song was Trump's campaign music until the artists objected; playing it at Trump's campaign meetings was not Trump's 'Farewell'.
Trump's A NATION IN DECLINE video is similar in content (montage of abuses of the left/cabal) and his implicit promise he will not give up. Paul Geddes has a video showing a montage of abuses to underscore the reason for Q and the Storm.
I've just read the post-2020 Q drops again, and they sure don't sound like Watkins. I don't believe 'a guy who sells t-shirts and honey' really would take on Q or triumph over Q's purpose and cyber expertise. If anything, this 'fake Q drops' movement seems to be using this 'fake' issue as a backhanded effort to discredit him. Assertions that he wrote post 2020-drops are as believable (to me) as those about 'Microchip' and 'Babyfist'. The content of some of the latter drops largely seems to be a recap for those who joined Q later in the awakening and aren't going to go back 5 years or so to catch them up and focus us all.
I just searched the word 'trust' on Qalerts.com and reviewed all 182 drops with that word. Q's most common directive includes Trust the Plan, Trust yoursevles, and Trust the Lord. There are zero instances wherein Q directs us to Trust the boards/board owners/anons.
The fact that I may be wrong about 'Ascension' or anything else is not Q's fault or does not prove Q is fake post-2020. Sometimes we don't understand Q drops long past their drop date, even before 2020, but that doesn't mean they are fake. I've yet to see any evidence that Q 'left' in 2020 and no evidence all future drops were fakes. This 'movement' claiming Q drops are fake will go the way of 'Microchip' and 'BabyFist' in the end.
Now that I've stopped writing on this topic (for now), I discovered Yantis already nailed this one to the wall. "It's dead, Jim."
