What Happened to Michael Anderson?
Self | June 13, 2024 | PJ-Comix

Posted on 06/13/2024 6:00:04 AM PDT by PJ-Comix

What happened to "Michael Anderson" the guy who posted on Facebook that his cousin, who was a juror in the trial presided over by Judge Juan Merchan, told him that the jury had already found President Trump guilty of clerical bookkeeping entries to cover up an underlying crime that was never defined?

There was supposed to have been an investigation into whether Michael Anderson was a hoaxster. If it had been found out that he made a fake post then that news would have been already BLASTED out all over the news media. However, so far we have heard... nothing.

I don't think it would be hard to investigate this matter. Michael Anderson identified his cousin as "she" and since only about half the jurors were female, that narrows down the search to about six people on the jury.

So have they checked their social media as well as their phones and other media platforms? I suspect that Merchan already knows the sad (for him) truth and is hoping everybody just forgets about this matter.

The big TELL to me has been the media SILENCE which tells me they have NOT found this to be a hoax.

Merchan should have been wrapped in a tortilla instead of a black robe.

Note that a mistrial keeps Trump off the campaign trail.

As opposed to sentencing that then can start the appeal process.

The fact Merchan left off the most important part of the post where he says his cousin told him a guilty verdict would becoming the next day, and it did, implicates Merchan in a coverup. That was the most important part and he didn’t inform the lawyers in his letter.

Even if it’s true doesn’t automatically lead to a mistrial.

It depends on when this post was made and when the ‘cousin’ told her relative that the verdict would be guilty on all counts.

If it was concurrent with the verdicts announcement or even within an hour or so, then there’s no need for a mistrial........

Or that it was a way to not have to sentence Trump since after the conviction he went up in the polls and received big money! If their first moved destroyed Biden’s chances of winning, sending Trump to jail or prison would be the final nail!

Pssst! The day BEFORE the verdict was delivered. The post was on May 29 and the verdict was delivered on May 30.

I don’t think we will hear anything until after a certain SCOTUS ruling.

Yes, that seems to indicate that the jury had already made up its mind and she was just spreading the news................

The media silence means to me that the political mileage of a Trump conviction is important to the media. If the jury violated the rules, it’s a mistrial. The judge has already pulled all the levers to prevent Trump from getting a fair trial: the judge is illegally politically active, the judge didn’t request a venue change, the judge didn’t recuse himself, the judge allowed Stormy Daniels to testify about things that had nothing to do with the charges, he poorly instructed the jury in favor of the prosecution, and he didn’t sequester the jury in a politically charged media case, he denied expert witnesses for the defense about prosecution false claims(Trump had violated federal election laws), he pushed the trial forward when delay would have given the defendant a better chance for justice, he allowed dubious charges to proceed without direction from higher courts, he allowed his immediate family to profiteer from the trial.

Now, the judge has jury misconduct, as a direct result of his decisions. You can bet with this track record the media is going to be now silent, and so is the judge. They are looking for a way to spin it, so far they haven’t found one, so they will try to bury it as long as possible and keep the public blind.

The Democrats and Deep State (or am I repeating myself) have managed to destroy faith in the NIH, DOJ, FBI, CIA, election integrity, rule of law, and now the have moved into laughable misconduct of the state legal system of NY. Truly, a Banana Republic would feel insulted by the term Banana Republic used to describe the carnage that Obama and Biden have presided over. Let’s just call it what it is, a fascist dictatorship with a incontinent and incompetent puppet dictator.

If it was "proven" then why hasn't the media BLASTED that out? You know they would but instead all we hear from the media on this is... crickets.

While you are correct on both counts I am of the opinion that Merchan knows that his legal career is toast if he sentences PDJT to jail. Appeals will overturn Merchan’s trial and he will probably come under legal review and will probably be working traffic tickets in Mexico City this time next year.

The only thing he can do is deflect attention to an outside event that will cause a mistrial to be declared. That way he can claim that he had no option but to release PDJT and wash his hands of the whole affair. To facilitate that Merchan probably paid someone to do the post.

Let Fat Alvin try to get another trial scheduled before the election - good luck with that.

I’m not familiar with what happened here. Do you have a link showing what was posted by the juror’s alleged cousin, and what Merchan said/did about it?

You would have to include both the MSM as well as alternative media for the silence.

If a mistrial is declared, then of course the DA will file to re-try the case. That holds Trump in NY. Makes the DA look like a tough guy totally committed to the rule of law etc.

Actually, I can’t. I just did a search and it looks like screenshots of the original post aren’t showing up. It’s amazing how things can just go dis. The big tech memory hole. I winder if any creepers captured it.

A quick recap, a poster on the court’s Facebook page said his cousin told him that Trump would be found guilty the next day. And he thanked the jury. A couple other posters commented back to him. (That was the day before the verdict). A week later, at five o’clock on a Friday, Merchan sent a letter to the attorneys.

Since then some guy said he is the poster and he was just trolling. Nothing more from the court so far. Many of us expected some kind of court action in Monday with the lawyers to look into it or file motions or something. But it’s just gone.

You can Google the letter; it’s everywhere
